COVID-19 Safety Measures & Protocols

Your health and safety are our highest priority. We have taken every precaution necessary to ensure that you have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable treatment.

Please rest assured that as a medical practice, cleanliness is inherent in all that we do. We follow the strictest recommendations provided by the CDC, OHA, the CDPH, other local authorities and public health experts to guarantee that we are COVID-19 compliant. When you come to see us for your care, you are coming into a safe space with protective protocols that have been prescribed by medical experts and are supported by our community!

To ensure the continued safety and wellness of our patients, teammates, and the communities we serve, we are taking the following extra measures and are requiring the following:

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

The COVID-19 Consent must be signed prior to your appointment (view it here: Oregon | California).
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please do not make an appointment for at least 10 days since the onset of symptoms or exposure. If you already have an appointment we are happy to reschedule you!
Out of an abundance of caution, we are requiring that you wait two full weeks before and after after your COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster shot before receiving any dermal filler treatment. If you have had a vaccine in the last two weeks, or have one scheduled for the upcoming two weeks, please reach out to our team to reschedule your appointment.

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

We are by appointment only. We are not accepting walk-ins. To schedule an appointment online, please click here.
We will be checking temperatures and screening for COVID-19 indicative symptoms upon entering the clinic. Please note that if you have an elevated temperature or any symptoms related to COVID-19, you will not be allowed to proceed with your appointment.
Please always wear your mask unless instructed otherwise by our staff. If you do not have a mask, please call ahead so that we can bring one out to you prior to entering the building.

If you need to purchase skincare, please feel free to shop online or call us if you would like recommendations as walk-ins are not allowed at this time! We’re happy to help!
