Our highly rated medical aesthetic practice in Portland, OR is looking for a driven, organized, and professional Aesthetic Consultant to serve our patients and support our medical aesthetic injectors. Responsibilities of this position revolve around creating a world-class experience by developing relationships with our patients and sharing top-quality, product education.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Scheduling patients
  • Patient education on treatment plans
  • Following office policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean clinical area and waiting room

The right candidate will demonstrate a great attitude as they’ll be expected to ‘wear a number of hats’. Saturdays (8:30-1:30) may be required.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in 1 year of RETAIL is preferred
  • Medical practice experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Passion for skincare products.
  • Passion for the facial aesthetic marketplace.
  • Experience in delivering great customer service.
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Warm and engaging personality.
  • Understanding of skin anatomy, or willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to educate patients on skincare (benefits, ingredients and usage) and assist them in developing a customized regimen based on their specific needs.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Empathetic with patient needs and concerns.
  • Ability to anticipate provider needs regarding patient treatment.

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
