After a consultation and examination with one of our Injection Specialists, your provider will administer treatment through a needle. The injectable contains lidocaine, a local anesthetic, to ensure comfort during the procedure. Your provider will mold and shape the filler and give you dermal filler aftercare instructions to ensure best results.
Dermal filler treatments typically take between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the treatment area and if you’re new or established patient. We require all new patients have a consultation first. We offer complimentary consultations at all three of our practices: Lake Oswego, OR, Portland, OR & Santa Monica, CA.
Each syringe of our hyaluronic dermal fillers contain lidocaine, an injectable local anesthetic. In addition to the lidocaine, some patients also opt for a topical numbing cream and/or ice to increase comfort during treatment.

Like with most dermal fillers, mild and short-term side-effects may occur including tenderness, swelling, and bruising at the injection site.
